Multisistem

In any drive application, Multisistem offers the widest range of high-performing profiles, allowing the greatest technological choice.

Belt structure

1) Body made of thermoplastic polyurethane 92 ° Sh.A with high wear resistance.

2) Steel tension Steel tension wires that have a high elastic modulus and tensile strength.

3) PAZ fabric on the teeth, PAR fabric on the back, ) PAZ fabric on the teeth, PAR fabric on the back, or PAZ-PAR fabric (on back and toothing), utilized upon request to: lower the coefficient of friction; boost tooth engagement; and lower noise.

Multisistem belts may be offered with unique cords in order to best meet the requirements of the application:

• HFE high flexibilty: These allow the use of pulleys and idlers with up to 30% smaller diameters than usual.
• HPL high resistance: When compared to a regular belt, the cord's cross section is larger, which reduces belt elongation and improves positioning accuracy.
• HPFE high resistance and flexibility: This type of cord combines a high degree of rigidity with improved flexibility.
• Stainless Steel: : Useful in harsh settings or for applications involving food.
• Aramid fiber: The belt is lightweight, non-magnetic, and flexible.

For applications requiring high temperature, low temperature, food compatibility (FDA), or antistatic qualities, special materials are available.
